No. My focus is on providing antenatal and postnatal support. I help families prepare for birth by exploring options, discussing birth preferences, and building confidence during pregnancy, as well as offering practical and emotional support after your baby arrives.

Yes. I have completed the ABM Peer Support Foundation Course, which enables me to provide evidence-based breastfeeding and infant feeding support. If more specialist support is needed, I can also help you find an appropriate lactation consultant.

Not at all. My role is not to promote one type of birth over another but to support you in making informed decisions that feel right for you and your family.

Absolutely. Partners often have questions and emotions of their own, and I aim to support the whole family. I can help partners feel informed, involved, and confident as they prepare for their new role.

Many families book antenatal support during the second or third trimester, while postnatal support is often booked during pregnancy to ensure availability. However, if your baby has already arrived, please do get in touch, as I may still be able to help.
